The scandal unfolds.  This Congressman, who was reported to have beaten his wife, is best friends with Tahirih Justice Center, for which he has secured almost $2M in federal tax dollars to help them prevent men like me from marrying foreign women because of the false claim that I have done so in order to beat my wife.

This is truly earth shattering news. The American people should be rioting in the streets demanding the truth about the disgusting use of Congressional earmarks to repay the large corporate contributors for funding the political campaigns of seamy and dirty politicans like Congressman Jim Moran.

The earmarking process is a modern form of bribery involving unscrupulous politicans like Congressman Moran who disgusting misuse their position of public trust. Moran is a senior member on the defense appropriations committee with a history of receiving money from defense industry lobbyists and then repaying the favor by earmarking a much larger amount back to the industry.  For example in the current election cycle (2009-2010) Moran received $64,000 in political campaign contributions from the defense industry and then repays the favor by requesting $130.5 M in earmark funding going back to the defense industry. So for their original investment of $64,000 the defense industry receives a payout of $ 130 Million dollars.

My inside sources have revealed that Moran is probably under a full investigation by the FBI and the Congressional ethics inquiry may be the least of his problems. But the most troubling aspect of this massive scandal is the fact that there are a total of 7 Congressman on the defense appropriations committee under Congressional ethics scrutiny. This means that the scope of the scandal is massive, and implies that corruption is now an accepted protocol and standard business procedure in Congress. This in turn undermines the integrity of the United States as a leader in world democratic principles. American democracy is a joke!

The earmarking process is no different than outright theft of taxpayer funds on a gigantic scale and those entities involved in this corrupt process should be punished as if it were a major felony.

Moran's involvement with the Tahirih Justice center is "damage control" to divert attention away from his bombastic and hostile demeanor and his corruption associated with receiving politcal campaign contributions from defense industry lobbyists and executives and then returning the favor by steering earmarked funds back to them. However the relationship between Moran and Tahirih appears to be a quid pro quo arrangement of trading favors in a rather unusual (albeit different) manner.

Moran did receive $500 from Tahirih's Chairman (BOD Frank Kendall). But the important contribution was not money but rather the currency of honor, accolades and association that Tahirih bestowed upon Moran [mentioned by Bronmxman in the previous post]giving Moran the accclaimed Pillar of Justice award. Imagine that!

Of course another factor that comes into play involves Moran's wife Lu Ann Bennett, who was listed as a member of Tahirih's Benefits committee as recently as 2006 according to this link.

 I can only imagine how Moran's wife rolled over in bed one night and said, "Honey can you get a $ million dollars for my friends at the Tahirih Justice Center".
Moran masquerades as a politician but his real occupation is to earmark taxpayer funds for the benefit of Jim's friends and the friends of Jim spouse,  Luann Bennett.

One can only assume that Congressman Moran and the demands from his wife's cult of social influence would provide  them with a legitimate excuse to squander the money of hard working American taxpayers. This is the same type of disillusioned thinking that Elena Ceausescu used on her husband Nicole Ceausescu, the ultimate dictator(s) of Romania's money and resources and power. Elena aspired for more and more power and money that was ultimately derived from the blood and sweat of the Romanian people until it ended in 1989.

I managed to do some research on the personality and biography of Elena Ceausescu. Her biography reveals a high society woman with tremendous influence over every aspect of the lives and monetary policies of Romania. Both she and her husband (Nicole Ceausescu) raped and pilaged Romania at the expense of innocent hard working citizens.

The issue of Moran's wife being on the benefits committee for the Tahirih Justice center is not such a trivial matter because Lu ann Bennett, the wife of Congressman Moran (like Mrs. Ceausescu) appears to be taking advantage of her association with her husband. This lends the appearance that both Jim  Moran and Luann are operating as a team by diverting money, (and ultimately power)to their friends at the Tahirih Justice Center for her own self serving social needs. In my mind I am wondering if Moran's wife (Lu Ann Bennett) and Elena Ceausescu would have been good friends since they both share in this fantasy of being involved in social cults of power, money and influence.

Taking taxpayer money from the citizen workers and then "earmarking" taxpayer funds to their "favorite friends" without any debate is not such a trivial matter. Why should the hard working coal miner in Kentucky pay money (representing his own sweat and blood) for a women's social cult located in Falls Church, Virginia?

I can only imagine Elena asking Nicole Ceausescu, "Honey, Can you divert a couple of million Romanian currency for my favorite communist women's activist group. "No problem", he replies.

I would imagine that Betty Friedan the founder of the USA National Organization of Women would have been a good comrade with Mrs. Ceausescu also. Wife beater, child harasser and Tahirih supporter Congressman James Moran's least worries may be the ethnics inquiry currently underway in Congress. My inside sources continue to insist that one person (whom I cannot and will not identify) stands to spend the rest of his life in prison unless he cooperates with Federal prosecutors.
Eventually he will talk and make deals with the Federal prosecutors and once that happens I believe the triangle of corruption involving earmarks and exchange of favors associated with this corrupt process will implode and the whole house of cards will come tumbling down.

I'm talking about Congressman James Moran (D-VA), Murtha (D- PA) and xxxxxxxxxx the three stooges with the last name of "M" who have been living in a fantasy world of corruption, fraud and greed. Obviously this is no comedy feature and fortunately in the end the American citizens get the final say.

It's hard to imagine why the Executive Directive of the Tahirih Justice Center and her social cult of Baha'i faith based followers would continue to accept money from Congressman James Moran who [we believe] has a moral and legal hypocrisy that has no boundaries. Obviously this is speculation, but if Moran were indited for felony charges from the FBI, then one could easily speculate that Tahirih's close financial and family ties to their best friend could potentially have a devastating impact on their organization and others who are closely aligned to them.

Moran is a risky venture because of his bombastic nature and his earmarking for friends and the exchange of favors associated with those funds. Tahirih's close association with an alledged wife beater, child harasser, coupled with his well known hatred of Jews and questionable financial problems raises the spectacle of a multitude of problems with disastrous consequences in the long run [my opinion of course].

But what about the Baha'i faith who places the Tahirih Justice center in such high esteem? After all the Tahirih Justice Center appears to be nothing more than a front for the Baha'i faith. In my mind this would equate the Baha'i religion with the same legal and moral hypocrisy that threatens to undermine Moran and maybe Tahirih. Perhaps it would be more fitting to describe the Baha'i faith as a conduit or pathway who will compromise their beliefs and principles and sell themselves for any amount of money. Or perhaps the Baha'i faith is like a pimp who "sells" their prostitute Tahirih Justice Center and will abandon them at the first sign of trouble with law enforcement.

Once again the use of the word prostitute is taken from the context associated with the business definition of the word.  
In other words the Tahirih Justice Center, Moran, and the Baha'i religion [appear to be]intertwined in an orgy of illegal activities associated with trading financial favors for financial gains at the expense of American taxpayers. But now they have all been EXPOSED for who they really are.
